Southampton UK to Portugal Sept 2019 Jeanneau 45.2 Sailing Yacht Crew Sought to accompany my partner and I in moving our Jeanneau 45.2 from Southampton to the Lagos area of Portugal. Primarily we are looking for crew capable of watch-keeping without too much supervision eg Day / Coastal Skipper possibly looking to mile build (1000) on the trip. Two crew would suffice but we can take up to four if all parties were in agreement. The plan is to leave Southampton for Falmouth circa 12th Sept possibly with a stop in Salcombe or Fowey. We will leave Falmouth with the first weather window to cross Biscay with La Coruna as the most likely destination, followed by a passage down the Spanish / Portugeese coat to Lagos / Faro. Experienced easy going skipper (Yachtmaster Offshore) -more than happy to teach / mentor/advise fellow crew....equally happy to sail with other experienced sailors and keep quiet!! My Partner is a RYA Day Skipper with limited offshore experience...she is also keen to learn. Expenses ....crew are NOT expected to share boat berthing / fuel / boat wear and tear costs....only a small contribution towards their daily food. We want this to be an enjoyable cruise -not a stressful full on delivery trip.

Crew roles: Crew will be included in the watch rota both day and night. They will also be required to carry out other daily routines including cooking and light cleaning. They may be asked to assist the skipper with boat maintenance eg repair of equipment on passage.

Money: daily contribution from crew $12
