From Ushuaia, Chile to Cape Town, South Africa.

November 2026 to February 2027.

I am looking for a skipper for a 50-foot steel-hull charter sailboat. Responsible for the crew members + 6 passengers. Season duration: approximately 3 to 5 months, tentatively from November 2026 to February 2027. Ocean sailing areas include Ushuaia (Argentina), Cape Horn, the Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas), and a crossing to Cape Town. We are currently evaluating others routes for the season. This is a hands-on vessel, therefore all crew members and passengers are expected to participate according to their experience level in sailing operations, day and night watches, cooking, and cleaning duties.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): male

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 8

Crew roles: Skipper with offshore experience in heavy seas is required. Experience with ice navigation, Antarctic or Arctic sailing will be especially valued.
