Seeking an experienced offshore individual to join our family to the British Virgin Islands leaving from Hampton Roads for the next weather window around NOV04. We have 4 children aboard who have been living aboard and this will be their first lengthy offshore passage. Captain is a USCG retired officer, experienced mariner. New crew would be 4th crew member and would participate in a 4man watch schedule. We are an easygoing, fun family looking for a responsible, offshore experienced person who does not smoke, free of drugs and alcohol (until safely at port). Crew is responsible for travel costs to/from boat. We will pay for food/provisions while on board.
