From Faro, Portugal sailing The Algarve. 10 to 14 days in June or July With ideal sailing conditions, fantastic weather and calm anchorages this is an amazing opportunity to gain sound sailing experience. Also on offer is the ability to swim and snorkel in beautiful waters. My Wife and I are currently enjoying a break after re-positioning from the United States to Europe. We have recently sailed from Samos, Greece to Cape Verde and then on to Barbados, Florida, Maine, Canada, Azores and The Canary Islands. We are looking to take on board 2 crew members. Please make contact for further details. The shared contribution includes clearing fees, diesel costs and 3 prepared meals a day. We confirm that training will be provided on the majority of the on-board systems, including, but not limited to, radar, AIS, autopilot, radios, digital chart plotting, engine/generator maintenance, water maker maintenance and hydraulic system maintenance. You can get involved as much or as little as you like. Crew roles: We are looking for crew that are positive and are interested in learning about all aspects of life on a sailing yacht.
