We are a couple who are looking for a capable crew member to help us sail from La Paz to Panama Canal. Captain of the boat has several years of sailing experience, but other crew member is learning to sail. We recently sailed from Southern California to Southern Baja California with another couple on board and found the additional crew to be very helpful. This Voyage is more about sailing direct and less about hopping down the Central American coast. It would be great for someone looking for an open ocean sailing experience.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Ocean Sailing Instructor

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Crew will be expected to play an active role in all componets of sailing- navigation, night watches, steering, trimming and working the sails. Cooking and desire to help with basic chores is a plus.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
