As a captain I am very democratic, everyone shall be heard, everone are in title to get an explenation and so on. Regarding safety and god seamannship, this is not upp for debate, on this the captain rule! Crew roles: We take turn on every jobb,every thing needed to be done from sailing, cooking,cleaning,maintenance etc. You do not need to be an expert, but you must have a positiv mind. Respect for all people, no "hang upps", no rasism. I prefeere a mixed team of male/female, sailors,willing to learn etc. age not important, but you need to have reasionable helth. Most important, positiv mind!
