Gotland Runt Offshore Race is the world´s largest annual offshore race and starts in the center of Stockholm, sails through the Stockholm Archipelago, round the island of Gotland to the finish at Sandhamn. The course is about 350 Nm and was first sailed 1937. Ever since the 1930s the Gotland Runt Offshore Race has been the highlight of the Swedish summer, if you ask sailors in the Baltic Sea Region.

Crew roles: Anforderungen und Erlebnisse Segelerfahrung: Gotland Runt ist sowohl ein schwedischer Segelklassiker für Freunde und zum Vergnügen als auch eine Herausforderung für die besten professionellen Teams aus Nordeuropa. Der Start ist im Zentrum von Stockholm, führt durch die Schären, um danach Richtung Süden abzudrehen und die Insel Gotland zu umrunden. Mit neuem Kurs Nord wird der Zielhafen ist Sandhamn angesteuert. Danach: Skål – Prost! Die Strecke beträgt ca. 350 nM. Das gemeinsame Erleben dieser Hochseeregatte steht für uns klar im Vordergrund. Regattaerfahrung ist nicht nötig, wenn Sie diese haben umso besser. Eine gute Basis ist sicher die Teilnahme an unserem Spi Training im Gezeitenrevier.
