[ Cancelled ] Red Sea Sailing Egypt to Egypt ref 7210
Michael du Plessis wants 2 crew for Sundowner [email protected], Westerly oceanmaster, 15m.
From Port Ghalb, Egypt to Red Sea, Egypt.
December 2016 to December 2018.
Sundowner is now based long tem in Port Ghalib, Egpt, and will be sailing mostly coastal when I have opportunity. The area provides great coastal sailing blended with amazing diving and safe anchorages. Wind is mostly from the north and great for offshore sailing. My sailing opportunities are on short notice, just keep in touch if you are interested. Update 9/11/16 I have received more responses than expected and need to close this invite until a next opportunity comes up. Thanks to all who responded, and keep watching this space.
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): does not matter
Sailing with a Rally: Independent
I'm looking for (gender):
Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: smoking allowed
Total people on board: 3
Crew roles: Apart from sailing and keeping a watch, each person on board is expected to join in routine cooking and general household tasks. The rest is yours to enjoy. I generally prefer a small crew, without crowding the boat. You are uncomplicated and easy to get along with. Minimal experience required. Normal on board expenses covered by the boat. Please note that a crew position on this boat is not a paid position, and therefore better suited to recreational sailors.
Money: captain pays all expenses
Travel to and from boat: crew pays
