From Rio Hato, Panama to Marquesas, French Polynesia.

March 2024 to April 2024.

We are looking for a crew to join us as of late March’24 in Panama and cross the Pacific to Marquesas and then to continue through French Polynesia (Tuamotus/ Society islands) and further. Our plan is finish season 2024 in New Zealand by the end of October’ 24. We are looking for 2 people: 1) A crew who can join us for extended period of time 2-3+months - Panama to Marquesas passage and beyond through French Polynesia and if it’s a great fit all the way to the New Zealand 2) A crew for Panama to Marquesas crossing

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Crew roles: Duties: We expect you to contribute to the following duties: standing watches, docking, general boat maintenance, cleaning, cooking, provisioning. Mandatory: must be able to swim and be reasonably fit. We can't afford having someone who is badly seasick either. General tidiness is critical (boats are small spaces!). You are expected to keep your cabin organized and clean up common areas after use. No dietary restrictions. Experience: PRIOR SAILING EXPERIENCE is a MUST! Pacific is a big ocean and big commitment to your own safety and safety of the other crew. You need to have prior experience of night watches and longer than one day passages. If you are handy, it’s a plus! Monetary side: we will provide room and board. We do not pay stipend or salary. You pay your own travel. Fun part: exploring beautiful places, meeting new people, encounters with dolphins, manta rays and sharks, amazing corals, diving, snorkeling, hiking, beach combing, uninhibited islands... This is totally an experience of a lifetime!
