Outside of the main season (mid May to mid September) , when we charter the yacht, we have places for people who want to sail around the west coast of Italy, Corsica and Sardinia. We treat out of season visitors as friends who simply share costs rather than charter as guests. It can be good for people who want to get experience on a larger yacht that is fully equipped for ocean passages and living aboard. Some people simply come for a day sail. Others want to mile build, complete their RYA skippered passages or practice their sailing and navigation techniques.Some just want a few days on a boat when their's is out of the water. The crew contributions are based on the type of sailing and crews ability to pay. Talk to us about what you want to do and we will do our best to work something out for you to get aboard. The recommended crew contribution is £50 GBP per day towards boat costs. The crew usually also contribute towards food, fuel and moorings. If we sail rather than motor, anchor, rather than stay in expensive marinas and cook our own food, these costs can be minimal.
