From Mahe, Seychelles to Cape Town, South Africa.
July 2026 to November 2026.
My husband Bill and I are slowly sailing around the World. We have mainly sailed to Thailand on our own, where the boat currently is. In January 2026 we will sail across to the Seychelles where we would like an experienced Captain to take us down the Mozambique Channel via Tanzania, Madagascar and then down to the bottom of South Africa and around to Cape Town.
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain
Sailing with a Rally: None
I'm looking for (gender): either
Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: non-smokers only
Total people on board: 3
Crew roles: Due to Bill having had cancer and losing a lot of his strength, we need some support with this leg of our journey. I ordinarily am Captain on the boat but would like to relinquish this responsibility and have someone more experienced to take the lead, someone who understands the waters in this notoriously challenging area. For the right person we are willing to pay all expenses and maybe an additional contribution.
Money: captain pays all expenses
