Our voyage offers opportunities to participate in sailing, watchkeeping, navigation, passage planning and everyday life aboard an ocean-going yacht. **YOUR YACHT:** S/Y SALTY 2 is a privately owned, fully equipped Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 54 DS, offering spacious accommodation, modern navigation equipment and comfortable double cabins with private ensuite bathrooms. **YOUR CREW:** Captain Serdar Erturk, First Mate Seçil Kılıç and Second Mate Tunç — an experienced team of professional sailors and sailing instructors. **PARTICIPATION FEES:** €1,000 per person per week. 2-week participation fee: €2,000 per person. Shared onboard expenses: €1,000 per week for both participating guests combined. Assuming two guests sharing expenses equally, the estimated total is €3,000 per person for the full two-week voyage. Crew roles: We are welcoming up to two enthusiastic sailing participants who would love to experience Mediterranean cruising and genuine offshore sailing in a friendly, professional environment. Previous offshore experience is not essential, although some sailing knowledge is beneficial. We are looking for mature, responsible, adaptable and positive-minded individuals who enjoy teamwork, respect shared living spaces and appreciate the realities of life aboard a sailing yacht. Participants will have opportunities to assist with sailing, watchkeeping, navigation and everyday onboard activities. Comfortable double guest accommodation with a private ensuite bathroom is provided. The cabin is shared by two guests. **Participation fees and shared onboard expenses apply. This is not a paid employment or free crew opportunity.** An introductory video call will be arranged with suitable applicants before confirming participation.
