From Licata, Sicily, Italy to , Greece.

May 2016 to September 2016.

I am looking to sail next season towards Greece, possibly via Malta and Gozo, hopefully leaving Sicily during May or once the weather has settled down. My plan is to spend some time in the Ionian and possibly sail up the coast towards Croatia via Albania and Montenegro. The boat will be wintered again sometime during September but the destination for this will depend on the cruising area during the summer. The plans are fairly fluid and can be open for discussion both before the trip and on a day by day basis and will of course depend on wind conditions and the weather. I am hoping that the long passage making trips are kept to a minimum however an overnight trip can't be ruled out. I like spending as much of the time as possible out of marinas to keep the costs down. A kitty is run on board to cover food, fuel & berthing fees. There is nothing better than finding bays with turquoise water and sandy bottoms and putting the hook down. My agenda is very relaxed and I am looking forward to meeting up with people who would be interested in joining Spirit III and me on our Mediterranean Adventure.

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: I would expect us all to share the cooking, cleaning etc. An interest in being involved in all aspects of boat life would be an advantage but not essential - including boat maintenance, passage planning, weather routing, navigation etc.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
