ATARAXIA is looking for 2 crew to sail on July 5th (or maybe 6th) from Stamford CT to Maine in a 2 night voyage. Ideal for sailors who want to experience open water night sailing without the long durations typically involved in ocean crossings. The boat would stay for about a week in Maine on a family trip and then head back to Stamford CT. Independent watch standing at night is essential. Given that this is a coastal passage, the night watches will be 'busier' than open ocean watches (more traffic, more nav etc). Depending on conditions we will transit the Cape Cod Canal or go around the Cape.

I'm looking for (gender): male

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 3 or 4

Crew roles: Positive attitude and compatibility are more important than certifications. Independent watch keeping is essential. Good knowledge of nav rules etc understood. Vaccination is self evident.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
