Need a certified, experienced captain to cruise from La Rochelle to Holland and back to the Canary Islands

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: We need a patient, experienced Captain, would be great if he/she had teaching experience. We are a Family of 5 with 3 young doughters. We have an independent room in the bow for the captain, we are fun and love to laugh and my wife is a profesional chef, so there will be good food aboard. The captain must be certified! We will pay according to experience, let me know how much you want to earn.I will pay for your ticket to La Rochelle and back to your home.
