(Probably) with ARC Europe we plan to sail Jon Jon back home to Cornwall. I need 2 fit healthy crew ()mainly in mind more than body), you need to be resiliant and cope with difficult circumstances more then you need top notch sailing skills but if youve never been out in rough weather before this probably isnt for you. Must have a good sense of humour (I really mean that bit) can cook a meal and wash up with the rest of us. You can smoke but only off the back even if its v wet! You can eat what you want biut I will only cook veggie food and fish so tend to keep the boat that way!

Crew roles: cooking, cleaning, washing up, making bread anything that the boat needs !!! Navigation if you want but I usually deal with that.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
