From Isla Mujeres, Mexico to Havanna, Cuba.

Sail with us from Isla Mujeres outside Cancun in Mexico via Havanna in Cuba over to Key West in USA, and follow that beautiful coastline all the way to Miami. Its a 300 NM journey to sail and you will participate in all duties onboard, as for example set sail, navigate, helm watch, galley duties on overall sea man ship. We work as a team, to make the journey a rememberable fantastic adventure for all of us on board. The area has crystal clear waters and are perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving, we have snorkeling equipment onboard if you dont have your own. We also have two mountain bikes and two kayaks available for use. Athena is a comfortable spacious boat to live on. she has two guest cabins with two bearths each and a separate crew shower and toilet- Our suggestion is that you spend at the first day to explore the island of Isla Mujeres. This is a very popular island with a cozy little town surrounded by a paradise beach and fantastic snorkeling. The island also offers beautiful exploring adventures around the shoreline and inland which you can do by biking or rent a scooter. For example you can visit a wild american crocodile park and much more. We would suggest a day trip by fast ferry to the mainland to see the Mayan ruins which are beautiful here. On the second day we will set sail towards Cuba. This sail will take about three days and we will have the current against us. When we reach Havanna we will have two days to explore this very historical city and its surroundings. Then we set sail to Key west and USA which is an overnight sail. * We share all cost for the voyage: insurance, food, diesel, custom and immigration fees, cruising fees, harbour fees, maintenance for running the ship. All cruises in the Caribbean is 200 USD per person a day. All crew is insured for accidents through Pantenius Insurance. Flights are not included.
