From Crosshaven, Ireland to Albufeira, Portugal.

Ireland To Portugal - Avoiding Biscay - Leaving ASAP Adventure/Milebuilder/Experience Opportunity - Ireland to Portugal Experienced, mature crew required for a long passage/milebuilder south to the sun. Offshore and night sailing experience is desirable. Couples welcome. Would suit those available at the earliest in order to take avantage of any suitable weather window that appears. Heading south west initially, from Crosshaven, near Cork and avoiding the Bay of Biscay. Possibly heading to northern Spain initially, depending upon weather, then coastal hopping down the Spanish and Portuguese coasts to Albufeira marina, Portugal, where crew can enjoy some days in the sun at my expense. The boat is a Vindo 40 ('40' relates to the sail plan only - the boat is 31ft - 9.43m LOA) a small but comfortable blue water classic with AIS, EPIRB, Navionics, Chartplotter, Autohelm etc on board. The boat copes admirably in any conditions. Passage to commence as soon as crew sorted and a suitable weather window appears. Strictly non-smokers only. I'm covering all onboard expenses; food, fuel, marina fees and will pay for a budget flight home for crew from Portugal up to an agreed limit.
