From Helsinki NJK Blekholmen, Finland to Copenhagen, Denmark.
September 2021 to September 2021.
The Helsinki – Copenhagen trip is the first of our long hauls in 2020 taking us to the Caribbean and back. Sailing in our home waters gives us a chance to properly introduce Baltic sailing at its best. We will be leaving Helsinki in the beginning of September, when places are less crowded, but we can still enjoy summer warmth and indian summer skies. The trip will be nicely balanced with places off the beaten track, as well as, cultural attractions that present the long historical continuity of the region. We will sail from the Viking age to the hip modern Scandinavian state, from remoteness to lively cities and robust local slow food to capital dining sceneries .. all in nine days! The voyage totals proximately 600 nm and assures enough “sea-time” for everyone to get the proper feeling of being away from land. During the trip we will have plenty of time to delve deeper into sailing knowledge and we are happy to let you in on all matters running an offshore boat with crew. We have been arranging these journeys for quite some years and have been able to establish a certain kind of non stressful ambiance on the boat. Thats the way we like to have it to ensure all participants a feeling of welcoming and peace of mind during our journey.
