OK, here’s the plan. The Hanse has three staterooms and two heads. I’d like to share with one or two crew. Doesn’t matter what age. Experience does matter. I'm looking for basic sailing skills: line handling, driving, anchoring experience. No smoking on board. Minimal drinking. I like to anchor but if we do moor at quays or marinas, I pay 1/2 the crew pay 1/4 each. I pay for all fuel, permits, oil, and repairs … that is, unless you throw a winch handle overboard. We share food costs equally. No set itinerary. If we like a particular place, we could stay there a few days or a week. If you have someplace that you just HAVE to visit, then we go there. My position as boat captain ceases as soon as we are ashore. I’m a retired college theatre professor from California and lifelong sailor. Divorced, and not looking for another intimate relationship. This is my 6th boat. I’m a mostly spontaneous, active person but an extremely conscientious sailor. I’m looking for intelligent, fun, adventurous, responsible crew. I may decide to leave the boat for the month of August (Too hot, too many other cruisers) If you are interested, we should continue to email one another to explore (Questions and more information) whether this is an experience that each of us will be comfortable with.
