In October this year, our Open 40 is being re-flagged to a New Zealand Flag. I plan to deliver her to the Canary Islands, most likely leaving the West Coast of Greece around the 1st November, and take a leisurely run to the Canaries The actual departure date will be around the 1st of November after we have completed safety checks and the last-minute fit-out items. As part of the crew, you will be involved in those last-minute tasks while we await the clearance for our New Zealand Flag. Kiwi will await the start of the January crossing for the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: There are two opportunities One with watch captain experience and one preferably with offshore experience. All crew participate in all aspects of sailing the boat and learning new skills from each other The crew are expected to share provisioning costs however boat expenses are the Captains responsibility We don't anticipate stopping until the Canaries unless the weather forces us to, so there won't be any shore expenses along the way. The crew are expected to pay for airfares too and from the boat and any covid related testing or isolation costs along the way
