Crew roles: The needs will dictate who is doing what and when, with a mind to being fair about job assignments. Crew are expected to be flexible, and to be of a nature to look for things to do. A goal of the captain is to make sure each member of the crew is able to do anything that might be required to drive the boat, even to independently bringing it back to port (should that be required, heaven forbid!). The captain considers such to be a safety issue, and that crew will be open to such training! A preliminary 'shakedown' before the voyage/race will practice such maneuvers as reefing and heaving to. The daily contribution is expected to be minimal depending primarily on cost of food purchased at facilities as the project progresses. Probably well under $10/day.

Money: daily contribution from crew $10

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
