I am looking for a Captain for my boat. I want to do the ARC in 2018/19 The boat would stay on the Great Lakes Milwaukee (90 miles North of Chicago) for the 2017, then fall of 2018 head South.

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: All aspects of boat maintenance very good mechanical abilities. The boat is good shape but needs some maintenance, varnish and deck work, new electronics. I would like to have them installed by the captain, auto pilot, radar and screens, etc. All B&G & Simrad. Through hulls are in already. The plan is to get the boat fit the next two summers on the Great Lakes and join the Arc in 2018/19.
