From Point-a-Pitre, Guadeloupe to Hamburg, Germany.

Crew wanted! Sailing back from Caribbean waters to Europe/Germany! Starting April or May ... Because of the unexpected and difficult corona situation, most of my planned crew is now stuck in Europe. Nobody is able to travel and meet me here as we have originally planned. So I want to change my plans - and I am looking for other crew members to sail back home to Germany. I am in Point-a-Pitre/Gouadeloupe and I want to start to Germany beginning of May. For security reasons, I want to spent 14 days „self-quarantine“ at a secluded anchorage. If i am able to sail to Antigua (or other islands north), I am willing to meet you there; I prefer to meet crew personally before we decide to sail together. I hope we can stop in Horta/Azore Islands, but if the harbours are still closed, I want to sail directly to Germany, 4.500nm. You should be able (and willing!) to spent app. 35-40 days at sea and should have good sailing skills. A little bit more about me: I have fulfilled a long-cherished dream and bought 2018 a fast, comfortable, very neat and superbly equipped sailing yacht in France for a one-yea-sabbatical. I have more than 30 years of sailing experience on the Baltic Sea and the Atlantic, and I am preparing myself for the Yachtmaster Ocean. I prefer non-smokers, but moderate smoking outside the cabin will be tolerated.

Crew roles: A contribution to cover some of my Costs would be nice - depending on the length of your stay on board and the trip we do together we can discuss this if you are interested. Expenses will be shared. Own generous aft cabin (for one or two crew members), two bunk beds in the main cabin (shared), if we are sailing with more people.

Money: expenses shared equally
