Join us on a journey from Gibraltar. If weather and sea conditions permit, we will depart in the first available weather window after the 3rd of October to Maderia, a passage of some 600NM. We are looking forward to visiting the stunning scenery of Madera, for about a week before continuing to Lanzarote, a passage of some 280 NM. At the time we’ll have to make a decision as to the practicality and comfort of the passage to Maderia, we are a heavy deep keeled vessel so the chances are good but a change of plan to proceed directly to Lanzarote might be prudent. In this case we propose you join us exploring the Canaries for a week before disembarking. You should plan to join us in Gibraltar and disembark in Lanzarote for a two week or more fun sightseeing journey with challenging sailing. We're looking for experienced and/or relative novice sailors depending on the crew make up with contribution to boat running costs, fuel and provisioning. €50/day plus prorate fuel and provisions.
