I am taking Kristy from S Florida to St Michaels, MD in April. Would like 1-3 crew to share watches, etc. I can either hop up the coast in 1-3 night hops, or do a long passage, or anything in between. I am a safety/comfort first captain. I wait for appropriate weather windows, and heave-to rather than bash into a big sea. I pay all boat expenses, crew pays transportation to and from the boat, crew and Captain share food expenses. Crew pays for onshore activities.

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Crew roles: Healthy crew, able to take watch, will pitch in on cooking ,dishes, repairs at sea, anything else that needs to be done. Nonsmoker, respects others, eager to learn, can adapt to changing conditions, doesn't panic in emergencies, , no severe dietary restrictions. One alcoholic beverage a day while at sea.
