From Savau, Fiji to Vanuatu, Vanuatu.

June 2023 we will sail from Fiji to Vanuatu. The passage approximately 700 nm, and should be 7 days at sea. It may be possible to join us early in Fiji for some coastal cruising and passage prep, or stay with us a bit longer when we arrive in Vanuatu. Our sail plan is not well defined once we arrive. Typically we want to relax a bit after passage but are also eager to explore and learn about the place and culture. We won’t stay long because we want to arrive in Australia in August. We will take up to 4 crew who will share 2 cabins, each with queen size beds and en suite bathroom/shower. It may be possible to arrange a private cabin, so please chat with us about it...best to just bring your partner.

Crew roles: No experience required. We are offering ¨sail with us¨ training for people interested in learning/making offshore passages. We have trained 20+ crew in the past 5 years, and have developed a comprehensive curriculum that is flexibly tailored to needs/wants of crew. This is hands on training that will help you build the confidence to make your own passages in the future. You will have watch and other typical crew responsibilities.

Money: daily contribution from crew $200
