Total people on board: 6

Crew roles: Crew should be responsable, pro-active, and help with the daily routines on board: taking turns in watches, navigating, analysing weather forecast, cooking, washing up and maintaining the boat, being able to work in and as a team etc

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
