I am purchasing a sailboat in Poquoson, Virginia, United States. I have no sailing experience, so I am looking for experienced sailors to join me so that I learn how to sail. As far as the exact voyage, I am not certain and the crew can play a role in determining the exact voyage. I don't want to make it too long, one week or less. Also, I am not certain I will return to Poquoson. I would like to end the voyage at the lowest priced marina I can find along the Atlantic from South Carolina down to Florida, as I reside in Georgia and my goal is to sail through the Caribbean, so I want easy access to the Caribbean.

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Crew roles: Whatever the crew can assist with. This will be a learning experience for me, as I've never sailed before. I've been on a ship at sea when I was in the military as a Marine, but I have not sailed on a sailboat before. I really need somebody who knows how to sail, who can help teach me the little things, somebody who enjoys sailing and would enjoy a free, all expenses paid trip.
