From Port Saint Louis du Rhone, France to Las Palmas, Canarian Islands, Spain.

The Kaia needs to be "delivered" to Las Palmas on Gran Canariia island, from where it is to take part in the ARC+ leaving Las Palmas early November. The intent is to leave Post Saint Louis du Rhone (PSL), where the boat is currently stored on the hard, on September 15th, and to arrive to Las Palmas by early October. The PSL to Gibraltar is to be sailed with 8-10 days, From Gibraltar onwards, it will be one ~5-6 days passage straight to the Lanzarotte area. Update on 10-Aug-21: A crew member has already joined, for the stretch from a port in South of Spain TBD (Malaga?) to Las Palmas. Thus a crew member is still being sought for the stretch PSL - Gibraltar. Update on 23-Aug: full crew in place. At this point no need for further crew.

Crew roles: The current crew consists of myself, the owner and captain, and 2 young men in their Mid 20's, one being the son of a good friend of mine, the other a friend of his. Neither has sailing experience, other than occasional short outings on the sea. My intent is to train them in the course of this trip. Obviously, as a minimum, I really need a second watch leader, who will be helping in the training and oversight of the less experienced crew members.
