We plan to sail in the OCC Western Caribbean Rally in late 2018 to April 2019. Taking in the Dutch Antilles, Colombia, San Blas Islands, Honduras and Belize. We are a family with two children on board aged 13 and 8. We are looking for a sailor who is also a teacher and who has experience with teaching or supporting a child with special needs.
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader
Sailing with a Rally:

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: non-smokers only
Total people on board: 5
Crew roles: In addition to sailing, we are seeking a member of crew who would be prepared to help support our children's school work and help look after our duaghter who has development delay. She loves sailing and is intelligant and very able but requires a bit of extra support. So all in all you need to have a passion for sailing and a dedication for supporting children.
Money: captain pays all expenses
Travel to and from boat: crew pays
