Girls for Sail wants two crew for this regatta. Girls for Sail is an RYA Sailing school seeking its final crew members - lovely ladies - for its racing team in this fabulous and friendly sailing regatta. We are experience sailors/instructors and our objective is to race competitively and have fun! We offer a full training/race package during which time we'll cover: racing rules, starting techniques, upwind boat handling, downwind boat handling. All are welcome whatever your age or experience. As long as you are a lady and have a positive attitude we will help build your racing skills. Girls for Sail are currently based in the United Kingdom.

Crew roles: You will be a full member of the team - sailing and trimming during races and helping to rig the boat for racing. You will really feel part of the team.
