Looking for a Chef for a charter in the Exumas. Dates are 12/20 to 29 of this year. This is a paid temporary position that might turn into a more permanent role. Beautiful New Hylas 57 Sailing Yacht. This is a 12-day engagement providing elevated onboard dining for guests who appreciate fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented meals in a relaxed, island-luxury setting. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute daily menus (breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks) tailored to guest preferences. • Source fresh provisions in Nassau/Exumas prior to departure. • Maintain an organized galley and follow safe food-handling practices. • Prepare meals efficiently in a yacht galley with attention to motion, storage, and space constraints. • Collaborate with captain/crew to ensure seamless guest experience. Requirements: • Prior experience as a yacht chef, private chef, or high-end resort chef preferred. • Strong knowledge of Caribbean ingredients and seafood. • Ability to provision and operate independently. • Professional, friendly, calm under pressure, and excellent with guests. • Must be available for the full charter dates: 12/19/25 – 12/30/25.
