[ closed ] Caribbean Island Hopping Antigua & Barbuda to Saint Martin ref 15133

Mark Davies wants 1 crew for Bluevana, 2023 Lagoon 42, m.

From Jolly Harbor, Antigua & Barbuda to Simpson Bay, Saint Martin.

November 2024 to December 2024.

I have one cabin left on my 2023 Lagoon 42 catamaran for this years 5th and final adventure! We will be sailing and island hopping about 250-300 miles over a 3 week period. Crew to arrive to Antigua on November 23 and can depart from St. Martin December 14. We are not in a hurry so will be taking our time circumnavigating Antigua exploring the many amazing beaches, Barbuda, St. Barts, St. Martin (French and Dutch sides) as well as Anguilla. We will enjoy some of the amazing scuba dive and snorkeling sites as well as get some kiteboarding in, hike and explore the local cultures. We have fishing gear, SUPs and other fun things to enjoy the sandy beaches and amazing coves. This is not a typical captained charter so crew to participate with the team in the regular daily boat life activities like cooking and keeping the living area organized. Crew to pay own travel expenses to and from the boat as well as contribute $150 per day per cabin. Contributions go towards 2 meals a day (Breakfast and 1 other as well as snacks) and boat running expenses (Fuel, mooring/marina fees, customs fees), bedding, towels etc. Crew responsible for food, drinks and activities on land. Those interested can send me a message to get more details! References from prior crew can be provided.

Mark is currently based in Peoria, United States

Crew roles: Ideal crew would be upbeat, outgoing, flexible, openminded and ready to make adventurous memories. Those with sailing experience will be welcome to help sail, set anchor, pick up mooring balls and dock. I would be happy to help augment skills and share some of my experience. Those without sailing experience are welcome to learn as much as they want and apply what they learn. This would be a great opportunity for those looking to buy a boat as Bluevana is set up well for offshore, independent sailing and has many custom modifications for live-a-board.
