From St Georges, Grenada to Chaguaramas , Trinidad & Tobago.

Join the boat in Grenada around 14th May, spend a few days cruising and relaxing, Grenada is a lovely island with lots to see and do. We will then prepare for the trip across to Trinidad where the boat will be laying up for the hurricane season. The boat will be lifted out of the water in Chaguaramas 27th May, but you could choose to stay on in Trinidad for longer if you wished as there is lots to see there as well. You can return from Trinidad via the airport at Port of Spain which is nearby and has direct BA flights to the UK for example. The boat is an extremely well equipped and maintained Bowman 42, I left the UK last June and have sailed her across the Atlantic and around the Caribbean with the help of about a dozen crew over this time. We will anchor in idyllic bays and swim and snorkel in clear waters with lots of fish and coral. We will share out of pocket expenses, e.g. food, fuel, mooring etc.

Crew roles: One person or a couple welcome, you will have your own cabin .Keen cooks able to adapt to local foods are particularly welcome! As well as enjoying the beautiful local areas and the sailing you will be able to participate in all aspects of the daily running of the boat. You should have experience of night watches and be confident to stand a night watch during the trip to Trinidad (approx 20 hrs)
