From Annapolis, MD, United States to Nanny Cay, Virgin Islands - British.

Looking for 2 crew members (one of whom needs to be very experienced in Ocean crossings; the other is welcome to join and learn from the experience) who would like to sail from the US to the British Virgin Islands this November on my Amel 54 Staysail Ketch (Phantom). I am hoping to form a great team of 4 so that we can get down to the Caribbean quickly and safely. The Amel 54 is a great and fast boat; we should be one of the first ones in.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: Caribbean 1500

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: I would want to entrust sail work, watches, navigation, cooking, fishing, and having a good time to all. Any experience with maintenance is always helpful, but I would ask for all to pitch in with keeping the boat in excellent condition upon arrival.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
