MY Merlin wants 1 crew for Merlin, Fleming 55, m.

From Mindelo, Cape Verde to Falmouth Harbour, Antigua and Barbuda.

March 2024 to April 2024.

Merlin will be leaving Mindello in Mid March to make passage to Antiqua. I will be skipper and I already have an engineer and watch leader. I have owned the boat for 5 years and have many sea miles and the crew know the boat and the systems. I had planned for the three of us to do the crossing but the insurance company have insisted that there is a second skipper on the crew that can get the boat home if something happens to the main skipper. I need a qualified skipper with either a yacht master or offshore skippering experience - sail or motor.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: I need a qualified skipper with yacht master offshore or a skipper qualification with offshore skippering experience and good crew fit.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
