Looking for a team (Skipper, first mate, deckhand) to sail with me (owner) to Grenada (Caribbean); Start (Mindelo; mid/end June); Skipper will be paid; food will be covered

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: Looking for a skipper with catamaran experience and good references, able to manage and build a crew (ideally with "own" crew). All team members are expected to take part in ALL daily activities (watch, cooking, cleaning etc). Owner will cover food and cost for possible covid tests. Skipper - paid position. All other crew to be discussed. The boat is an owners version Leopard 45 lounge, model 2021 (3 cabin; 3 heads) - fully equipped with Parasailor, Code D, watermaker, ice maker, solar, AIS, radar, EPIRB (AIS), Spinlock 5 life vest with PLBs ... great boat for a fantastic, safe crossing.
