Total people on board: 3
Crew roles: Looking for crew who can work equal 3-hour shifts with skills in sail trimming, understanding of plotter/radar, VHF communication, safety procedures, onboard cooking, and basic equipments maintenance of boats. Shared expenses: diesel, marinas and food while onboard. Crew must pay for their own personal clearance costs. The captain will lend life jackets with "PLB" safety devices to the crew. Crew must bring personal gear as head lamp, deck shoes, gloves, personal medicine, etc.
Money: expenses shared equally
Travel to and from boat: crew pays
