We are taking our boat to the Canaries to join the ARC Plus 2021. The boat is currently in Gibraltar and we are looking to cross to Lanzarote with one or two crew in the first couple of weeks in September when there is a suitable weather window. This is an opportunity to gain 600 blue water miles on a comfortable offshore boat. We are also looking for crew to join us later on the ARC plus leaving Gran Canaria 7 November 2021. Crew roles: We are looking for sailors who are able to stand watch alone and as part of a team. You will need to be flexible around dates due to travel restriction and weather. Ideally you will have some offshore experience. You will need to be easy going, self motivated and willing to muck in with boat duties when required. We will cover the costs of passage at sea,; including food. However, you will be required to cover travel to and from the boat and all your expenses whilst not at sea. You will also need to be Covid vaccinated prior to travel and are responsible for any medical expenses (including covid testing) for the trip. There is an entrance fee of £225 (payable to the World Cruising Club) for the ARC part of the trip. If you are interested please get in touch and we can discuss the details
