November 2026 to December 2026.

Planning to cross the Atlantic for the second time, Gibraltar to Caribbean. Start in mid-November 2026 from Gibraltar via Canary Islands (possibly also Cape Verde Islands; undecided at this time) to Saint Martin or Antigua (Caribbean landing destination not yet firm). We are looking for a 4th person to join our 3-member crew comprised of husband & wife, and a professional delivery captain who has sailed with us before. Would prefer a person with substantial sailing experience in at least coastal cruising, ideally blue water experience. You would be expected to stand watch on your own (3 or 4 hours) on a rotational schedule, participate in meal preparation and share other boat work as required. While experience is a great benefit, we are also looking for a person who is easy to get along and excited to add an ocean crossing to their sailing resume. You would have your own cabin and head. We expect the total voyage to take 4-6 weeks, based on weather. The boat is fully equipped for blue water cruising, including water maker, Starlink, second autopilot, etc.
