[ active ] Atlantic Crossing East to West 2026 Canary Islands to Antigua & Barbuda ref 15999

Tomaz Belina wants 5 crew for Swedish Storm, Lagoon 52, m.

From Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Jolly Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda.

November 2026 to December 2026.

Join us on our 10th Atlantic crossing as we sail our new boat Lagoon 52 from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, to Antigua in November–December. We follow the northeast trade winds across the Atlantic, spending approximately 28 nights onboard, including around 19 days and nights at sea. No previous offshore sailing experience is required, and you're welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. Whether you want to learn offshore sailing, take the helm, help trim sails, or simply relax and enjoy one of the world's greatest ocean passages, you'll be very welcome. Our Lagoon 52 (2017, extensively refitted in 2025) is equipped for comfortable long-distance cruising with five double cabins, private en-suite bathrooms, hot water, individual cabin air conditioning, generator, watermaker, extensive solar panels, Starlink satellite internet, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine and a fully enclosed flybridge, allowing us to remain comfortable and self-sufficient throughout the crossing. We expect to arrive in Las Palmas around 10 November and depart around 17 November, although the exact departure depends on weather during our delivery from Greece. The price includes accommodation, professional skipper, fuel, marina fees, Starlink (50 GB), bed linen, towels, gas, clearance fees, end cleaning and all normal operating costs. Food and drinks are shared by the crew and typically cost around USD 10–20 per person per day. Pricing is USD 4,500 per person sharing a cabin or USD 7,000 for sole occupancy, with additional cabin options depending on availability. We understand this is both a significant adventure and a significant investment, so we're happy to arrange a video call, answer any questions, show you the boat if possible, and put you in touch with guests from previous crossings so you can hear about their experience directly. Learn more about us, our company at www.kiteboarding-cruise.com, or contact Tomaz at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
