Alma is going on the following itinerary: Bahamas to Bermuda April 2023, Bermuda to Azores (2023 ARC Europe crossing May 2023), and Azores to northern Europe June 2023.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: ARC Europe

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3 after crew member added

Crew roles: We need a sailor with experience, preferably with ocean crossing. Sailing in Europe is helpful (we have not sailed in Europe before). We usually eat sandwich/soup type of foods under way. Mostly vegetarian, although some meat. Crew member will sleep in the main salon berth. There is a private V berth, but the berth is rough in most boats. Rotating watches between 3 sailors while under way. We have stored water and there is no water maker. Electric outboard/dinghy.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
