I brought my boat down to the Caribbean with the ARC Caribbean 1500 this fall and am now planning to sail it back to the US this spring with the ARC USA.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: ARC USA

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: I am looking for 2 crew members to join me. I want one crew member to have extensive offshore sailing experience while the other one can have less. I look to work collaboratively with my crew so while I end-up making most meals and make navigation decisions, I welcome suggestions and of course like to have someone else make an occasional meal. I have training in diesel and electrical maintenance, but of course welcome other knowledge in these areas.

Money: captain pays all expenses
