Hi - I'm looking for 3 crew members to participate in the Arc rally. My better half Caroline does not feel up to do the crossing as she doesn't like to be in close quarters for long periods so she will leave the boat in Las Palmas and join us in St Lucia. Out of the three crew members, I am looking for at least one person with solid ocean experience and two that feel comfortable with sharing the night watches. We are planning to arrive in Las Palms at the latest on the 12th of November for the 21st start date. I am a relatively low key person with strong sense of duty especially when sailing. I am organized and systematic but I prefer to let others be free to function according to their personality. When sailing with Caroline, I take care of all the navigation and technical aspects (and the cooking). Caroline cleans the inside and I clean the outside! I am hoping to do a crossing where everyone has a nice time (and eats well) along with making a good performance sailing. I'm currently on the water so please do not worry if I do not respond quickly.

Crew roles: Hi - I will now be checking sailing CV's and be requiring to exchange with a reference. A video chat will be nice as well. Of course I expect that all crew have all their paperwork for the trip and are COVID vaccinated according to standards at departure and arrival. All members on board will participate in all tasks according to their competences. The boat will be relatively loaded at departure so shared expenses should be low. French speakers are a plus, as well good cooks!

Money: daily contribution from crew
