From Las Palmas, Canary Islands to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

Due to the deatch of a family member one of our crew has had to withdraw from the inaugral ARC rally next week We neen a solid crew member who can stand watch and crew our Nautetich Open 40 to the Caribbean

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: None

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: We are looking for a sailor who has offshore experience and has the ability to sail on watch on their own if needed The Captain pays boat expenses and the crew split provisioning costs equally for the trip which is expected to take up to 3 weeks The ARC will go into lockdown by the 7th and all crew need to be on board and familure with the boat and their duties by then We currently have two deck hands on board, One ocean Yachtmaster and the owner The boat is prepared for a journy onwards to New Zealand and is very comfortable

Money: daily contribution from crew $20

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
