Ahoy! Having enjoyed the last few years as the skipper of my own boat, and having just sailed her back to her permanent berth in Monaco, I am looking for a committed, meticulous, and professional captain/esse who would enjoy assuming full responsibility for the boat, and ARC 2022 project, as of this summer. Even if she has just come out of an extended refit, the objective for the next few months will be to bring her into perfect cosmetic ("better than showroom") and technical ("more than ocean-worthy") condition, so the new captain/esse's role would initially involve a lot of technical problem solving and project management, including regular sea trials and offshore trips ("Monaco -> Corsica/Sardinia -> Balearics -> Monaco", repeat), before heading down to the Canaries as of October. I believe this could be an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional candidate, a formal employment contract under Monaco law being on offer, a serious commitment, initiative and professionalism being expected in return.
