What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: Great attitude is everything. Have taken perfect, really harmonious long passages with total novices and grumpy passages with very experienced crew--so its all about attitiude. Captain knows boat in maximal detail and has worked on and maintained every system, which is ideal. There is a very sweet German Shepherd who does the more complex navigational calculations. There is a chores list which needs doing, and all that is required is doing some effeot on it daily, stay awake and sober on your watch and notify the captain if anything arises that you are not comfortable easily handling. That's it. Captain tries to be as relaxed and open minded as possible about everything else. Captain is a retired physician who never drinks and is therefore always ready to step in to assist, which you may find is often not the case. At all. You need to believe, like the Captian, that is is worth a little work, like cleaning dishes or staying awake, to get that perfect moment of waking up to a peaceful sunrise on the ocean or pulling in the perfect tuna. Basically, the lifestyle is all about having fun!

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
