We travelled in the Caribbean 1500 from Norfolk Virginia to the BVI. Now planning to travel to Scotland for the summer with ARC Europe via Bermuda, Azores and Falmouth. I am the owner of the boat and captain, and Rob my first mate will also be travelling from the BVI all the way to the UK. We're both in our 50's - experienced sailors, easy going. Would like to add a third team member for the leg Sao Miguel to Falmouth. Ideal candidate is probably 30 to 65, fit, easy going and some offshore sailing experience - ideally at least one 500 mile offshore passage.

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Ability to cook a great asset! Crew are expected to manage solo watches (I will give training on the boat systems), be able to conduct guided engine room checks, understand navigation systems, AIS use. We all contribute for food and drink and crew pay their own costs to/from the boat. I meet all boat related expenses.
