We are seeking crew with primarily following experience: - Ability to stand solo watch, including navigation, sail trim/handling, weather awareness, and decision-making within standing orders - Offshore passage experience from minimum 3-5 days - Some understanding and preferably experience from larger boats due to heavy loads - A nice, calm, responsible, cooperative attitude suitable for long offshore passages This is a hands-on passage, and crew are expected to actively participate in all aspects of sailing, watch-keeping, and life onboard (cooking, cleaning etc). Important Dates (2026): 4-8 May: Joining in to St Maarten 9 May: Start St Maarten to Bermuda (ETA 15 May) 21 May: Start Bermuda to Faial (Azores), ETA June 3, with possibility to join a short leg to São Miguel, Azores during the first week of June. 13 June: Start São Miguel, Azores, to Lagos, Portugal.
